If you are new to a Messianic type of service, there is a lot going on, we don’t want you to be overwhelmed!
Dancing: We dance in worship, and are excited when others join us, you don’t have to know anything, come as you are!
Torah Service: Some of our Torah service is in Hebrew, but everything said in Hebrew is also repeated in English.
Children’s blessing: If you have children, we invite you to bring them to be blessed by our congregation during the children’s blessing. Men and Fathers we invite you to share in holding the covering over the children.
Kippas or yarmulkes: are not in Torah, and are a personal choice.
Tzitzits: are worn by some, male and female, and not worn by others, as each is lead by their own understanding. If you don’t know what these are, don’t worry about it.
Bibles: We don’t use any particular bible, though many of us read from the “Scriptures”.
What do I wear? We don’t have a particular dress code. Some people wear jeans, some wear suits and/or ties, some wear t-shirts. Wear whatever you usually wear to church.
Other Questions: don’t hesitate to ask our congregational leader.
